Implementation

Simple installation, Ready to use

Developed in collaboration with Renault and Gruau, the KiloGo application is available on the Google Play Store. Once the sensors have been installed by the bodybuilder, simply download the app, activate it, and complete the initial setup to benefit from load monitoring assistance directly on the vehicle’s original display.

Load imbalance detection

To help drivers better balance the load on the vehicle, Multitec innovation offers multi-sensor solutions. Front/rear and right/left load imbalances are reported on the mobile app interface. A series of alerts and recommendations can be provided to ensure the stability and safety of the driver, the vehicle, and the load.

Available payload

The KiloGo solution makes it possible to estimate and visualize the payload still available. This allows you to optimize the loading of your vehicle without exceeding the regulatory and safety limits.

Overall weight in % or in Kg

The total weight of the vehicle is estimated and displayed in kg or in % of the GVW. MGW-Tracker also displays the estimated weight per axle in order to assist your teams to respect the regulatory limits.

Configurable overload alerts

The alert thresholds per axle, per % of payload, or for the total weight of the vehicle are configurable from the mobile application. This allows you to determine the nature and level of alerts that are most relevant to your vehicle’s use.

Time-stamped and geolocated weighing records

Drivers can add and view a history of time-stamped and geolocated weighings. They can share individual records or records from a selected time period with contacts predefined by the fleet manager.
